It was funny. I like it. Good idea for the reason behind Oishi's hairstyle.

It is like Oishi to be busy and Kikumaru to be reading manga and worry about his hair. Actually, Oishi has only 1 sibling. At times, I imagine Kikumaru to be called "ochibi" at home. You remained in character.

What did Kikumaru's sister mean about "before he finds you in it," when Kikumaru mentioned it being "a man's room"?

"Hey!" Eiji said indignantly."You can't just barge in here! This is a man's room!"

"Well, you better clear out before he finds you in it, Ochibi-chan."

It explains Oishi's hairstyle if nothing else, and I REALLY liked the way it ended, with nothing actually "happening" between them. It made it seem canonical. Very, very fun and well done. Wow this is sweet. I beg to disagree though: it's "cute", but it's not yet "cutesy" ;D (Cutesy to me having connotations of sickeningly, mind-numbingly, stomach-pumpingly saccharine sweet)

It feels nice, hints of a beginning for the relationship between the two.

I like the way that you describe Oishi's hair after it has been cut. I've run my hands through some of my friends' newly cut hair before and reading that part reminded me of that _sensation_, for some reason.

Hmm the only thing that threw me off balance was the position in the timeline -- from what I recall of a flashback of Momoshiro's, when Momoshiro and Kaidoh were in first year, Oishi (in second year?) already had that selfsame hairstlye. A minor quibble, and come to think of it, the anime (am not sure whether there's a similar scene in the manga) might not even have reached that part when you wrote this. Just figured I'd mention it though because for the first few paragraphs, I was a bit uncomfortable because something felt a bit "off", and I couldn't figure out what.

Other than that though, everything's perfectly fine. I can actually imagine them saying what they're saying, the exact tone they're saying it in...

Not an easy task to write it that way :D
