Oh, that's so good, and sort of sad, and magneto wouldn't Hold him for *that* long would he..? Anyway, about the begginning - it's a lovely Scene-setting, but there's these little Facts see, that make it wrong. Technically, with the annoying little technicalities. In that episode with wolverine reminiscing about his Days with captain america, he was saving baby magneto (okay so maybe he was 7 at the most) and magneto had mousy BROWN hair, and he used his powers. So he had his powers then, so my theory is that magneto's hair lightened with age, pietro's with mutation, and so wanda was natural with her long dark hair when she was locked away talking to the Professor. So umm, yeh. He wasn't a late bloomer, he's had and known his powers for many years evo-wise, i think. Oh, but it was still a wonderful story what with the villagers and how mystique was there first and his poor wife, but it didn't seem right..? But the story reminds me of how I think in the comics magneto was a late bloomer, and he had his first wife and a baby girl (Ana?) in.. some non-descript slavic country.. and they burned his house and he couldn't save his little girl and his wife was scared of him and *Then* he wanted his revenge against the hysteria & stupidity of the human masses and such..? Maybe that's what inspired the beginning of the story..? It's still all terribly moving and a great insight into the characters... it seems that bits were picked up & taken on 2 judgement day as well..? Kewl.
