I loved the #4 omake... so funny!

I really like this story, I'm just sad that it's been left unfinished... although it's unlikely, I hope you continue it eventually.

Oh my goodness! I know it must seem like its been forever but you must finish this story! It is so good, i love how it creates a totally new component to Kenshin! Please finish it!

Hm...now that I think about it Kaoru is only 6 years older than Hikari; she and Kenshin have quite the age difference(even more when you consider that Kenshin's mental age is that of a man in his 40s). I suppose it wouldn't be unusual in those days for men to marry girls half their age though. But it'd be awkward for her to try to be a surrogate mother for Hikari, so definitely an older sister.

A-KA-I-KI-TSU-NE! Why, may I ask, has this story not been updated in ... (goes back and checks) in flippin' two years! You can't be serious! This is, after all, one of the most heart-warming stories I've ever read!

Kenshin/Tomoe is my favourite couple and I was seriously jumping for joy when you twisted it around for her to at least live for another four years. And Hikari is simply adorable! If only my sister was also like that ... (she's nine as well). Oh well ... beggars can't be choosers.

I was wondering, if Tomoe didn't die during that scene on the mountain (or was it a forest?), does that mean Enishi can't accuse Kenshin of killing his sister if he never witnessed it? And the last time Enishi saw Tomoe, she was alive and not bleeding in the arms of her killer/husband. Hmm ...

And then we have those ninjas ... if Kenshin (and now Hikari) meets ... err, what's that girl's name again? Masoi? Masao? Something like that. As I was saying, if they meet her during their trip from Tokyo to Kyoto, would Kenshin be more willing to tell her what happened to the her friends, since he wouldn't be held back by the guilt of four of the five being dead and the last on a crazed quest to be stronger?

Well, I do have a lot more to say, but I'll say them the next time you update ... if you update. There wouldn't be much point to my review if you're going to abandon the story.

I like the fic :) I liked the last few chapters a lot. But I am very sad that you burned down the dojo! That's just so sad... I hope that you will update soon.

Well, I do hope you haven't forgotten about this story. It would be nice if you could update this soon. That said, well written, a bit too much Japanese in the beginning for most people. Some people -- not me, I know enough Japanese to at least guess what was being said -- but a lot of people aren't as anime-obsessed as me, so it was a good decision you made when you cut down on the Japanese. Overall, it's an interesting premise, to see how having a daughter would influence Kenshin's decisions, and to see his life for the 10 years in between his life as Battousai and him meeting the Kenshingumi for the first time. So, again, update please. Come on. I asked nicely. Haha! Later!

Wow!! Even though it's been a long time since an update i am sending a review anyway because ireally enjoyed this story! Kenshin/Tomoe is my favourite character and even though I hate Karou you made her a bit likable here =) And hikari is just adorable! *-* loved the plot and the way you subtly changed Kenshin too!! I really hope you continue it someday!

Really an amazing effort on your part. You've quite effectively rewritten the entire series and I'm kind of amazed that I haven't noticed this yet. I look forward to the eventual continuation of this wonderful fic'...though why you had to include The Wind Master(TM)...oi.

Seriously lovin' this story, here! Kenshin is great, and I absolutely ADORE Hikari.

Alright i gotta be honest and i love this fic and i really like all the details about the time and the manga stuff and that, but really, if you keep following the manga time line, you'll NEVER end this fic, cuz yeah there's alot of thing that happens and i mean even if u take the most important fights and facts, you should be a lil more creative and hm i dont know make something yours from the beggining, to have succes u dont need to follow the manga you know? cause you're writting it's good, the base of the story is good and people like the personalities of your chars, so i dont see the big deal, so light me up about like if you're going to write it all, or what? Cause im gonna start college soon andi hoped to end this fic before that.
