I'm quite amazed at how much of this works... you've got inconsistent lines and rhyme, yet mostly, it does work. There are sometimes where an extra long (or short) line breaks up the rhythm, or we're disappointed by a rhyme not being there (or being forced--actually, the only line that felt forced was "The polar opposite of which is from where my angel fell") Yup, pretty dang impressive, especially since it's longer than some fics. ^^
