Very interesting and you know, it makes alot of sense. We fangirls like to fantisize that Sesshomaru would be more compassionate but until quite recently Rumiko hasn't really given us that. Your little story is delightfully evil. Loved it!!

YOU'RE GREAT! i've got an idea if i might. what if, rin some how finds out and she runs away! then, when sesshomau finds out, he feels something odd, soething he's never felt befroe, he feels love deep inside his heart and he feels that every time he sees her and he knows that. but, when he finnally finds her, she all grown up and they tend to, ya know, fall in love. but rin is still scared to death of him. so how will fluffy win her heart? you really do decide. hope you like my idea! ^_^

Wow, that was deliciously evil. Only one thing to nit-pick here. When it says "literally stop on a dime (or yen, as it were)", wouldn't it only be literal if there was actually a dime (or yen) under his foot? But other than that one thing, that gave me a right good laugh. I loved it, and explination with a twist. Awsome job.
