I love it when people mesh poetry and machinery together -- it's just like this ultimate literary paradox. Science against art. ^_^ I liked the poem. It made me think about the Dark Tower series from a new angle. Excellent job. ^_^

Cool! This is a really good poem. I felt sorry for those guys, I'm glad I wasn't the only one.

I am very fond of Wastelands, especially the beginning (with it's references to Watership Down and such), and i felt the same way about the little driods. This was well done.

Nice. Very nice. I dunno if this was meant or if it's just my all too philosophical (don't laugh) nature, but for some reason this poem really seems to reflect their futility and lack of purpose... don't ask me how; i guess it's the combinations of words. to be honest, i've only read the books once each, and i'm gonna have to read them over again several times more to remind myself of the more in-depth lore in Desperation (my fave of the two).

I always felt sorry for the droids too. This was a fitting tribute. LOL good job.
