Great story. Love the style, and the premise that got you into Xander's head. It can be five months before a woman shows (I think) and certainly Faith wasn't necessarily going to. The idea has lodged itself into my brain, but I think that story's fab just as it is.

Coughs. I'm actually working on a story where Faith was pregnant with Xander's kids. Good story, very emotive, and Xander's reaction was ure Xander.

Girl ... if there isn't a sequel to this , there really should be. You completely nailed Xander's voice down. This is yet another great piece from you Jane and I loved it.

I really do hope you're writing a sequel. I wanna see how Xander deals with his son being born and also Faith waking up to soon discover Xander by her side with their child. You just have to write a sequel !!! No pressure or anything (hee) Gotta go now. See ya :)

What sort of person writes this opener and then adds on at the end "Oh, I wont write a sequel". Comme on!! I like the idea of Xander as a father, I think he'd be great at it. plus to see how the others react, with Willows dislike of Faith, for sleeping with Xander. To Faith waking up and Xander being the man,the othes didnt think he could do it. Hope you add to this, please!!!

Oh, and to answer your question, it was about 4 months from "The Zeppo" to "Graduation Day I" (from www.buffyworld.com). But I always figure you can fudge dates, since there are many episodes that air a week apart but take place only a day apart, or even less.

Zeppo aired around the first or second wk of January '99. Also, I really liked this. Too bad you're not intending a sequal because i'd really like to know what happens after this. And if everything works out for Xander and the baby, and maybe even Faith.
