The journal: yes, I'll admit to keeping track of my thoughts, actions, and feelings in a journal. It's great therapy. Writing things down not only gives you a sense of release, but also you can come back and read the entries later when you're less emotional and possibly get a better perspective on the events. I'm glad to see Jesse employing this form of therapy.
