Nicely done. :) It was angsty but realistic. The end of the movie was just a bit too "happy".

I saw 'The Faculty' for the first time last night and I've been hunting ffn.net for good fics about my favourite character, Stokely. This is most definitely a good fic. It's excellent, really. The scene with Stan trying to get her to open the door freaked me out so bad, and you've captured the paranoia that the movie is rife with. 'Happy Ever After' is surely gunna be a story that will linger in my mind for awhile... Wonderful work! :)

I love the originality of this piece, which somehow manages to sum up that nagging I-can't-believe-this feeling I get everytime I see the end of the film. A killer last line too.

So Stokes. I particularly enjoyed this bit the most...

'Because you keep expecting wiry tentacles to slither out of his mouth, or to see the movement of the slug-like parasites under the skin of his face.'
