I think you mean PARTIAL to being yelled at. This was the only annoying spelling error I found (in the sense that it takes the reader out of the story). If English really isn't your first language, then I think you did very well, 'cause it isn't my first language either and I know how hard it is to write in a foreign language.

I really liked the chapter - I've read quite a few Polyjuice Potion stories but a Dudley-Lucius Malfoy swap is something completely new (at least to me). I think this is a very nice set-up chapter - keep on writing, will you?
