When have you EVER heard Naruto speak in desu-masu form? Seriously. He's in a BOY'S anime. LEE speaks in desu-masu form. Orochimaru uses Desu-masu form sometimes, but mostly just talks like a woman. The more polite ninja use desu-masu when talking to the Hokage. That's about it. Naruto? NEVER uses desu-masu. And dear ** gods, have you never heard of contractual form? Inflection? If you want to know how Naruto talks in Japanese, buy a copy of the Japanese manga. They aren't expensive. Shipping can be a ** if you buy from the US, but still.

Also, sweatdrops are visual cues used in manga/anime/visual arts. You are WRITING. You should be capable of expressing yourself without resorting to visual tropes.

You might also want to re-read/re-watch the series. Your characterization is VERY OOC. You need to fix that.
