This fic was absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you have captured Eomer's viewpoint pretty much exactly the way it would have been; his upraising as one of the princes of Rohan, and the education and life he would have received as a result of that. Very very very nice!

"Labourers work in the fields and in the mines, not in beds in the Golden Hall." lol, that's funny.

"Papa says that you have a warrior's spirit." I like how you have inserted that line. Very real to comments that would have been made by Rohirric parents at childbirth. Few people like to touch on the spiritual/beliefs side of Rohirric culture because Tolkien did not write much about it, I like the fact that you have.

This is such a sweet story...made me all teary reading it. It captures quite well the idea of childlike innocence, and how moments like this don't last... little children are the only clean true start there is in life, and there's something beautiful in their sincerity. Wonderful story =)
