This story is so brilliantly written, I love Samantha’s constant reference to the time, in minutes seconds etc.

I also really love this line - We’re both just looking for some kind of twisted reassurance that someone in this world loves us. Even though it doesn’t really matter when all is said and done.

You captured their relationship so beautifully it was heartbreaking, awesome story!
