Dark Magician Girl Of Chaos 2006-06-18 ch 7,	abuse0.0 stares dumbly at the screen slaps self Wow. What a story. The issues of rape and incest were delt with, so beautifully, with so much care. It's such a shame that people -do- do things like Seto's employees did. They don't seem to think about the consequences. And, I love the fact that there isn't a straight couple in this story. ^.^ (Soory,light-light-heartedness to lighten the sombre mood.) That last scene, at the park, such a nice thing to end on. ^^

I thought it logical for Jou to remember what his father did to him when Seto did it. It flowed expertly. In all honesty this is one of the best fics I've read concerning that topic. I remember once when I was younger I watched this movie where this girl got raped getting a drive home from a friends friend. She cried for days before even telling what happenned. To embarresed to bring to court she took no action against him... another girl got raped. He fled on the day of the courtdate... but anyway, I still remember that movie to this day and everytime I read a fic where rape happens the writers always have it as such a minor thing, or such a unimportent forgetable thing and it always bugged me. Your story, however, made everything feel as if it happened as it should, as if what happened happened and so I wish to truly praise you on your work. Your an excellent author who has empathy for your characters and that sometimes gets forgotten "playing god" in fics where one can make a character say, think and do anything. Excellent work. ~Draggy

(Unless, of course, the Anzu in the story is a stupid ** who deserves it and her punishment is funny, not mean. But your Anzu was nice! How could they laugh at that?)
