I applaud you for this work of art. Eversince, I've always been their fan. Both of them can pass our "benefit of the doubt" upon seeing/reading them from the anime/manga series. But somehow, you've managed to paint a colorfull side on the mystery of these two, undeniably, interesting characters.

You're such a talented writer.

I really really LOVED this one ! I really like the fact that as it's in Hisoka's POV, we can't really guess that Illumi suffers a lot too until he tries to poison the magician. Even if I can't imagine the magician suffering for somebody else, the story respect his psychology. Two psychos in love.

I love how you portray Illumi and *his* silent infatuation with Hisoka. (Yay Illumi! ^_^) Write the epilogue, write more even. Write a sequel. The kiss and the bangle thing was so lovely, I think it'll be ingrained in my mind for a long time. The world needs more Hisoka/Illumi lovin'! Great story, just wancha to know that.

Your intepretation of Hisoka x Illumi is so very deep and thorough, I don't have much comments left in me. They are totally in character!

You made me realized that in Hunter x Hunter, besides the obvious theme of the 'Hunted' and the 'Hunter', to them, love is the exact same thing.. To love is to trust, and both, especially Hisoka, have a commitment problem - being fellow killers - so they are very much unwilling to admit that for once, they are not in total control of their own emotions! It basically freaks them out!

Thanks for this wonderful fanfic! Hisoka x Illumi stories are far and few in between, as others focus on the 4 protagonists, but being a 17-years-old, I feel sort of weird about reading Killua x Gon (HOW OLD ARE THEY, 12?!) and I'm not really fond of Leorio x Kurapika...

I really enjoy the tension and potency of suspense that occurs between Illumi and Hisoka. They really create enough sparks and tension to burn a whole building down, sometimes... Their game of hide and seek thrills me, the "Hunter and the Hunted", the "To Love and Trust or not"...

ok. I know I'm blabbling, so once last request...

I don't like this ending! How come Illumi doesn't get a chance to explain himself at all! Darn Hisoka may not know it, but he's the one giving illumi the friggin' headaches! *mutters* And he thinks HE is suffering.. He caused my beloved Illumi-kun to faint, ne... =Þ to Hisoka...

^^ I was thinking Ku with Illu also! I was drawing my amateur doujinshi (hiso/illu) and somehow Ku snuck in there... ^^ and somehow it ended up with them snogging...well, maybe it's something more like I don't read Japanese too well, or write it either, so I think the story's jumbled up right now. Ah well. S'like those adlib things.

Anyhow, keep up the good work on your other stories! Cause I know this one's finished (good job on this one also!)

I liked it so much that I don't have words to say it. Cherrie, this time you were perfect. I loved, loved, loved this fic. Hisoka was wonderful. He was exactly like him despite all his 'obsession' with Illumi, and that's why I enjoyed this story even more.
But I want to know...you said you wrote another 'chapter' with Illumi's explanation. You post it?
Well, I'll see your others Hisoka/Illumi's fics, because I still didn't finished them.
