No, No , No , No , No! DO NOT MAKE THIS INTO A QUIEFER! NO! Sure you said that you may use this as a last resort but has it really come to that? NO!

Although, I wouldn't mind you using (pardon the inevitable cliche) Seifer to get Squall jealous. Even if it's probably been done before, if done right (which I'm sure you will!) you can make it work. You did say that you were having trouble continuing, so you might as well give it some thought...
You could also use Rinoa more in the story now that the conflict's begun.

I also, still want to know Squall's promise to Quistis, and it better not be the same promise he made to Rinoa! (Of course it isn't right? You're soo much better than that!)

As far as I know (I'm basing this on the way you presented the characters) Squall might even follow Quistis to Winhill out of conscern for her. Then you can have a whole new setting! (like an act II or something...) Then, as a reader, I get to experience and look forward to the way you describe Winhill in your very own words! And imagine and see it through your eyes. I know that's more work for you but it'll be worth it in the long run after readers praise the ground you walk on as they are in awe of your return and your new update.

I do hope that all this is giving you the inspiration that you need to continue. BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO! * ahem * sorry, I sort of lost my 'self' there for a moment. And of course you really don't have to follow my suggestions telling you how to continue the story (same reasons from ch. 2 review) because I want to let the master decide.

And expect me to give you an email if this lil' review doesn't help make you want to continue...

ps. I just realized that I didn't even talk about his chapter, as good as it was. (I was a bit preoccupied) Well, you shouldn't have any doubts about what I feel about this lil' story of yours. And I just want to tell you that by reading this, I've learned alot. About how to write and what to write to give an effective telling of what should be told. I just hope that what I've learned can be transferred into my own stories so that they'll be just as good as yours.

WOW! This just keep getting better and better! I really, really, really, liked the descriptions especially of the sunrise and the way you describe the sunlight through Squall's eyes and how he incoporates with the time he spent with Quistis.

A truly memorable, and touching chapter.

However, one thing just struck me (not physical of course!), what was Squall's promise to Quistis? Intriguing! That's something to look forward to in the next chapter or the chapters to come (BECAUSE THERE HAD BETTER BE SOME SOON!!)

I'm sure you've gotten enough suggestions at this point of the game, so I won't bother. Beside, I don't have any because I'm too afraid that any thought of changing the flow of this story would ruin everything. So for now, I leave everything up to you. (And may the force be with you...)

I really enjoyed this chapter. It made me feel that even if Quistis' time is limited with Squall, their time together is full of emotion and memories even if they're not obvious to the naked eye.

Because of this ch. I'm now really looking forward to reading the next one!

I love Qualls! Well, actually I like alot of varied pairings as long as the title/summary catches my attention.

You did a good job describing, in a concise way, Quistis' feelings for Squall and I like that it's directly after the game. I didn't find anything wrong or anything to criticise (maybe I was too mesmerized by your story?). I just didn't like the shortness of the chapter...

Expect me to review every chapter and by the end of ch. 3 expect me to email you to continue the story soon because I've noticed that you last updated it a year ago!

Your story is certainly very interesting so far. I must admit that your recent story has a more refined style of writing, but this story has its charm. Please do continue.
