very interesting little story, i love stories that explore the doctor's emotions. one little question..you said at the beginning you hadn't seen the peter davison stories in a while..yet the last line mirrors exactly tegan's last words 'i will miss you doctor'..bizarre coincidence, or really clever foreshadowing and echoing? either way, it worked really well
