It is something I know for myself. Losing someone you love, but it was my best friend surcumbing to cancer. If you listen to the song, Independence Day, by Martina McBride, it talks of abuse in the modern home, a disease is similar in that way. I am actually writing a story about an abused girl along with the show called So Weird on The Disney Channel. I am almost done! From one writer to another, keep up the god work.
