I can't help but say I like girly Marron.. Where-as you think he would blow up, I feel he might break down. Though, neither of which can be proved anywhere.

Also, I mean, come on. You can't help like what you like. Basically, I like everything you don't, and it seems a lot of others do aswell. Although it may not be right, hey, it's fanfics. Most of the time, it's what doesn't happen in the Manga/Anime/OVA.

No flames or complaints here. Just letting you know that some people aren't going to see eye-to-eye. (Which you may already understand that.) ^_^ I do like to see people state their 'iffs' and what not. Ja!

I'm so readin you here, i'm sick of reading the marron girl stories and it makes me sick to see marron and giggle in the same sentence...'m tired of it. this is a good piece, and it gave me new names of authors to look for. yay >;)...*uh, well rounded? yeah, that's what it says. well, what's it talking about? criticism. oh uh...* i can't really think of any criticism so uh, i think i'll go look it up and see if i'm spelling it right. ja ne, buh-bye.

Sadistic seme, he had on ** boots and burned the guy with a candle for gods' sakes. Femme Marron, makeup included. The plotline thing, the eyes, that's come up on more than one occasion, mostly ending with her saying 'to hell with it'. Spotlight **, are there any girls at all in the Miko's fics.no, I don't think hell has frozen over quite yet. The Miko realizes she commits (note present tense) each of these offenses.repeatedly.and offers the fandom her apologies. Also, thanks to Fala for putting forth good info and oh-so-true problems.

I actually like eassy fiction like this. It's so nice to finally see someone just flat out tell you how it is. And it's about TIME! You've finally brought light to all those crappy ideas about Marron and now someone can understand the truth about the younger Glace sibling. So for this, I thank you. *bows*

Nice rant. Rather enjoyed it. I bow down to your authority. :) Of course I'll never stop my angst because it's like candy. But I'll try to tone down Marron's in my stories (though that's try 'cause success is hard to achieve).

Ahh, but Carrot angst! Now that is a penguin of a different color. Delicious depression. (Maybe I'm just a sadist at heart). Perhaps next you should write a rant about Carrot (though that's kinda been done, huh?).

Anyway, had fun reading this and identifying my own follies. I hope that you find something that's enjoyable to read somewhere in the deep blue of the 'net.

Well said, well said! Marron is soo much more than a pretty face.

One thing I wished you mentioned was Gateau bashing. If any character is turned into a junior Hitler it's usually poor Gateau...

And for MarronxTira I don't see it either. I think they view each other as siblings not lovers.

And MarronxChocolate makes no sense. Too often it's more about Marron getting Carrot's 'leftovers' than any actual bond between them. [If Carrot does choose Tira I doubt the first thing Chocolate will do is run to his brother who she barely interacts with.]

*applauds* Yes! I couldn't agree more! Tira/Marron and Chocolat/Marron make no sense, both girls are too in love with Carrot for it to happen! And I totally agree with you about the "Marron the uke/angstbunny" stuff!! Yeah, I can see him angsting and being sensitive, but he's stronger than some authors seem to give him credit for! Yeesh!

I will admit, though, I AM guilty of mixing anime and manga in my fics, but I tend to do that with every series I write for. ^^;; (Well, almost. When I start writing Utena fics, I'll most likely work from the anime only. The manga's good, but it just isn't AS good-especially with Juri being straight! ;_;)
