I read this story a long time ago, but re-reading it was so funny! Having seen various AATC episodes where Alvin and/or his brothers have to dress up as girls, I just had to check out this fic.

You really nailed the 'munks personalities with this fic. Alvin's crazy schemes, Simon's acerbic wit, Theo's good-natured innocence, etc. While you can write dark fics with the best of them (i.e. The Chipmunk Saga), you can do light-hearted fics very well also.

I can't blame Brit for being ticked off at Alvie winning, Brit doesn't like coming in second with anything eh? I liked the part in the second chapter where Alvie tries to get Eleanor or Jean to enter the contest, particularly the allusion to the AATC eppie "My Fair Chipette", where Alvie puts Jean into a kiddie beauty contest.

This was like, too cute!

Simon: Are you ready, Alvin?
Alvin (behind tree): I love Theodore, but this is humiliating!
Simon: It can't be that bad.
(Alvin emerges from behind tree in a frilly tutu and a blond wig, Simon collapes in helpless laughter)

Thats a great story. All the characters stayed true and the plot was so typically Alvin. One of the only few I've read without sappy romance. You should write another, it was great!

Hehehe this was soooo cute! ^_^ I loved the line "Theodore ended up in a round little ball"!! That was just so cute! *hugs the little chubby chipmunk*
And the whole story is so good! *claps*

Omg, that was so funny. I LMAO all the way through. It was sorta like that Kabuki episode where they had to dress like women. Anyway, I loved this story--I had never read anything that put AS&T in a situation like that, although I could definately picture Alvin coming up with such a scheme. BTW, his voice already sounds feminine, he didn't have much more to do.
Anyway, please continue to write I reqally liked it.
