Nida sentence of five wills was hilarious. I'd die laughing if he actually released his megalomania on the class. Poor Quistis! Seems as if Cid didn't want to revoke her license. I'm loving your story. It's mostly well-edited and focuses on Nida, who could really use some central focus, right?

Go Nida! That was an awesome little fight there, especially with the gun right in his face. I love your amusing way of causing everyone to ignore and forget about Nida. That's pretty much his life, right? So he's now the messenger instead of Selphie? Squall really didn't take the exam?

Oh wow, you updated! And I never noticed until now...I guess I better put you on my story alert list. Anways, I absolutely love this story! It fleshes out Nida's and Seifer's characterization, and is completely unique in story. Even though it takes the same basics of the game, it's very much changed appropriately.

And who can't love Nida? While he's the main character of the story, he steps back in true Nida fashion, letting the others take the spotlight. Though hopefully he'll eventually stopped getting over-looked. And I applaud you greatly. It's not loaded down with romance! Pairings and love are great and all, but it shouldn't define a story or a character.

How do the characters see Nida, especially since he's not even supposed to be there? Well that'll probably come at a later date. I'm curious just how much of the story is going to stick to the game, but again, we'll see.

Can't wait for the next chapter!

akjkkdfjk You actually use Seifer's character the way it could have been used, to raise questions about what Garden's all about and DUDE the power thing was awesome and then the argument and Seifer remembering right there makes so much sense, I mean, Zell's the first one to remember with the flashbacks and the first thing he remembers is the fighting and and and! This fic makes me so happy. You do such an awesome job with the characters and making them just as simultaneously lame and wonderful as they are in-game and I cannot wait to find out what happens next, and where Nida went, and what's happened to Fujin and Raijin, and just YES! Please please please please please post more soon.

...Did I mention that the missile launch here hit me about a hundred times harder than it did in the actual game? Just... augh. This is so, so, so good. I am DYING to know what you're going to do with Norg, and where Fujin and Raijin are, and where Zell is, and what's up with Squall and the Sorceress, and oh my gosh you gotta post more soon.

I just!! Nida sort of... being there, and not feeling at all like he's a part of it or like he belongs, and Quistis trying so hard to keep things together and bew the leader she's supposed to be, and just! Everything! Xu!

I love this fic /so/ much. We have Nida, saving the universe, it goes without saying that that is pure awesomeness right there.

Then there's the way you write the scenes: ones that are almost the same get Nida's rather more snarky and pessimistic internal commentary; some scenes change and believably so; and of course entirely new scenes come into play, which makes sense and they fit brilliantly and logically, yet I also get the feeling that you are playing it as if there were some overriding fate trying desperately to bring events back on track -- Seifer and Squall /will/ battle at the parade, even if they are on different sides now -- there's something cool just there; and then on top of all this you give us a lot of cool little scenes that must have happened but we never saw in game, like what happened with Quistis and her instructors licence.

I can't fault it at all.

You must also realise that now that you've blown up B-Garden you /must/ post the next chapter very soon now. or else.
