 yamina-chan 2009-07-06 . chapter 1*smile*
I like this ^-^
It's a good sequel for "Ghost" and it was fun to read. It's interesting as well, that Touya actually was able to learn how to see Sai. I can imagin the spirit very well in his joy after that.
Problem with this sequel: Ghost could stand alone. (This story too, but...it's diffrent) After reading this one, I feel like I read the rolouge and the first chapter of something...bigger XD
I like the idea a lot, and I would love to read more ^^
The 'not-quite-Blind Go' was something that I read in an other fanfiction as well, but it didn't drop the fun I had ^^ |
Dragona 2007 2007-05-23 . chapter 1This is an interesting and somewhat original concept, in terms of HnG. I would actually like to see a continuance of this idea, perhaps involving the events of Volumes 15-17 (In rough terms, Sai's disappearance and Hikaru's depression.) I'm sure given Touya's knowledge/potential to actually SEE Sai, Shindou's encounter with Touya would likely be very different. |
Taes 2007-02-14 . chapter 1 Shindo took great pleasure in trying to lure him into loud arguments.
OMG, lol. That amused the hell outta me...
"Mom! You know that Touya is really good, right?"
"Of course, dear. That's why I thought he might like a
match. Don't worry. I'm sure he won't go too ** you
two."
"Umm ... Right Mom. Anyway, that's where we'll be
tomorrow, so if you need me you can call."
I liked that, too. :) :) Very believable, quite cute, and so fun!! I love your humor.
". . .You can't play go for a
living, you know."
This time Akira really did choke on his tea.
LOL! :) This is so~ fun.
You never know who
you'll have to impress with intelligent conversation."
Shindo laughed. "Then I'm doomed."
^^ your Hikaru is perfect.
"Everybody was trying to find out who I was. It was
creepy."
LOL! :) what a cute kid! But, yeah, adults really don't think about that sort of thing...maybe there being a reason for Sai not to reveal himself...geeze. Sometimes people are so selfish. *GRINS at the thought of Akira hearing that*
His reaction is much love.
...hah, one thing kids have over adults is their ability to believe in the unreal...that ghosts can exist, and that explanations can be 100% truth...
It's sad, in a way. Maybe it's not a bad thing? I don't know...I'm on the threshold of adulthood, myself, and I'm not trained in these sorts of things. But!
An adult, a doctor, say, would probably assume that Hikaru isn't functioning on a normal level (i.e. schizophrenic, or a high-functioning autistic child-- the ones who are geniuses in some areas and the opposite in another area...don't quote me, I'm not sure if this is right-- or something...), and see if they could get Hikaru to believe that 1) Sai isn't real, and 2) to accept reality as most people see it (i.e. there's no such thing as possession, and Hikaru is the only one in his brain).
...that'd be an interesting idea...if someone could follow through with it well enough. *Smiles* maybe I'll have to give it a go, and see if I can inspire someone else to do it better...
...er, I don't really know what kind of storyline that'd entail, either. *Blinks rapidly* what would the plot be?
...I don't supose you'd write it for me? *Hopeful* send me an email, or something, if you want help with research. :) *Wishful thinking?*
Mm, you're so good at the fantasy-bit, though...and getting us to believe that it is possible, true, and good. :) I like that feeling...I've just managed to confuse myself. *Sheepish*
But Akira's response, "There's no such thing." had me falling over. XD that, too, is Perfectly childish. To deny something point-blank...
"There's an article? I'm in it?" Shindo made a grab for
the magazine and began reading.
*LOVES Hikaru* so sweetly kiddish.
"I really said that."
"About *me*?"
CUTE. :) *loves on Hikaru some more*
Shindo shrugged and looked at Akira. "What? Kids
against geezers?"
^^ he's so wonderfully blunt, unthinking, and...perfect. *Sounds so redundant...*
Yes. I like your story. :) Thanks so much for sharing! |
