I know its been a while, but if there is any more of this I am dying to read it. Please write more if you can, I love the virtual season and have just been dying for more Logan/Max fanfiction.

Ah Don, its been a while! Lol, great update!

The point is it came. You didn't leave us hanging. Okay well you at least changed the reason why we're hanging. :-P

The chapter was great, I went back and read the past few and I thought it flowed excellently (oddly enough my memory only retained the first cabin chapters...pretty sure I reread them more than a few times waiting for the new chapter ;-) ).

Poor Logan being out of the loop/action...Oh well at least he's drugged up and unconscious for it.

Doh! A cliffhanger and writer's-block-induced posting delays do not make a good combination! I hope the block eases soon, 'cause I'd like to find out what's going on. On the other hand, I suppose a delay gives me time to go back and refamiliarize myself with the current plot. ;)

Hee, funny how Logan has to be doped up before he'll concede to fatigue!

You know this is the story that got me started with DA fiction in the first place, so it might come as no surprise to you that I am absolutely *thrilled* to read another chapter!

Ahem, decorum, yes. Right... ;)

Long, short, doesn't matter. You've picked up right where you left off and kept the tension of Alec's drive and collection and Max and Logan's love for one another as perfect threads throughout. I love the fact that she sat in the wheelchair with Eva. :)

The scenes are clear and don't feel choppy at all, as some short scenes might. I feel like I'm watching an episode, actually! :)

Favourite parts? Why don't I just copy and paste the *whole* chapter, lol? I'll try to just hit the highlights...

Logan nodded and closed his eyes tiredly. "Okay." He scrubbed at his face with his free hand, the scruff scratching at his hand, waking him up. "Any thoughts on what he's doing in this neck of the woods?"

(Poor Logan. Hospitalized, leaning out of the loop and fighting pain so he can be there for Max.The description of his face and the retained exhaustion is great. You set it up with only a few sentences. Perfect.)

“Looks like the car’s gettin’ washed whether you want it or not, Logan.” That thought kept him grinning for a while.

(I don't know Alec terribly well but this rings so true to his character as I understand it. His attitude towards his 'package/passenger' is also nice and clear. He doesn't bother concealing his distaste with regards to the task but he does it anyway, for Max. A very loyal friend.)

“Logan, you still with me?” Max asked. She’d heard the quiet conversation in the background as the nurse spoke to him and bit her lip guiltily. Oh, Logan…

“I’m here,” he said, his speech slightly slurred – part weariness, part from the drugs the nurse had just administered. Even to himself he sounded oddly disembodied, his brain fogging over as the medication kicked in.

“Hey,” she replied affectionately. “I got this under control. Get some rest.”

“’Kay, Max.”

He didn’t even have the strength to hang up the phone and dropped it to the pillow beside his head. Max heard the start of some gentle snores before she broke the connection.

(I know this is a long quote but it's such a beautiful segment. You cover Logan's condition, their love for one another and the status of the evening's activities so succinctly.)

She gave an ironic grin to the chair and touched the back gently with one hand before crossing to the front and sitting down in it. Snuggling into the comfortable seat cushion, she felt an instant connection with her absent husband and was able to relax for the first time since she’d seen the news broadcast.

(As I've said above, beautiful. :D)

“Snippy,” the man replied and grinned. “Prick a nerve?”

“No,” Alec rolled his eyes. “Definitely not. Just got better things to do on a night like this than play taxi driver to you.” He glanced over to his right to see his passenger give a small chuckle and wad his jacket into a ball against the window as a pillow before closing his eyes against the night.

(The briefness of their exchange and Alec's hostility versus his passenger's confidence is nicely played.)

The exhange at the end is very in keeping with the characters and I like the subtle hints at the effects of the passage of time for them.

See? I could just copy the whole chapter, lol! Loved it!

This is such an excellent story, which I hope will never end!

I just couldn't believe when I saw that you had updated Blessings. I am so happy that I don't know what to say. Thanks for the great surprise.
I really hope to be able to read more of this story soon.

Great Story didnt think you were going to update again but im not complaining and i cant wait for the next update. keep writing your great at it. alot better then all those M/A writers out there. makes me sick to think about stuff like that.
anyway im getting off track. really like your work and i cant wait for the next update.
