Oh yes, Azkaban is a frightening thought indeed. Sirius' imprisonment never fails to shred my heart. There was a time when I adored him, and when he vanished through the veil, part of me gave up on HP. There was quite a lot of potential with him, and he just...died. It definitely hurt worst than either AD's or SS's because theirs were expected and possibly necessary in terms of plot, whereas everything with Sirius just seemed so wasted. Anyway, forgive me for going so far down this tangent. I only meant to comment on just how creepy some of this wizarding world stuff can get. Sirius was not merely imprisoned for thirteen years; much of his soul actually was sapped away, in a far more literal sense than we would usually think. It's frightening.

"Your eyes have gone." Wow. Yes. Yes indeed, one could put it that way. The emotions flare across the page here.

Ok, so its impossible not to love ur writtin ..its just beautiful- n let me tell ya..i guessed that the one taslking was remus, but i kind of associate the other character to snape, i dunno way. i just cant tell, cuz theres no hint ,but i inmediately thpought the 2 of them were men ..so i went to read the rr, n coiuncided: they could be anyone..

I like the way you didn't directly state the identities of the speaker and the "you" the speaker was talking to. (Perhaps because I like this kind of things, not being told, but trusted to guess.) Beautifully written. The way Remus compares the present Sirius with the Sirius of the past, and the way you bring out their relationship. Lovely.

This is beautiful, but WHO IS IT? And who is the person that is now only "shadows" It was a beautiful piece and I hope to see that more of your stories are like this one!

You are a goddess, a temptress with words. I love, LOVE, this type of story and yet most people can not do them properly. Your stories have a surreal feeling, that makes me feel like I am there, standing in the shadows and watching as the character pours out their feelings to a blank wall. Congratulations on such a wonderful fic.

Wow. This was so beautiful and moving, even if it was a little slashy. At first I thought it was a D/G fic until I read the other reviews. Then it all made sense. Very nice. Very very nice. :)
