I really can't read any more of this story. Your Harry at age one is way too smart, his language skills would not be that good at that age, nor would he be able to "sigh in exasperation" nor would he be able to understand that someone isn't there but "with the angels in the sky".

At this age he's just starting to recognize all the colors around him (up until age one a kid only sees /recognizes the basic colors and doesn't see clearly and doesn't hear perfectly either), at age one a child starts saying first words (two word phrases at most) but mostly still babbles in babyspeak to himself and repeats what it hears, starts gesticulating to communicate, starts smiling, has just started emerging from a very egocentric phase - recognizes that there's more than just him in the world, starts moving - first walking steps perhaps, starts understanding that different objects need to be handled differently, his brain is still developping so he can't remember anything for long - no long term memories from ages under 3, you might notice you don't actually remember anything from that age yourself, up until the ninth month the kid is still evolving its understanding that people are not objects but are independent of him and thinking for themselves and can be interacted with by gestures and talking, etc.

See, your Harry is NOT a one year old child.

"trying distract herself by placing a huge order to restock Minerva’s kitchen," - The kitchen at Marian Cottage? And restock it with what? Any and all toddler-appropriate groceries?
"she sent a large pile of newly-transfigured diapers into the empty built-in closets behind her," - Disposable diapers or cloth ones? Or can't wizardkind really be bothered about disposable diapers and their impact on landfills?

"The boy stirred, and she lowered her head to rub against his. Settling back with a quiet giggle, the boy drifted back into a deep slumber. Grinning to herself, Minerva lipped his nose gently and settled herself down next to him." - I LOVE it when babies and toddlers giggle.
“Duddy, dearest,” she said in her annoyingly nasal voice, “you mustn’t touch that thing.” Minerva bristled and growled quietly. “You don’t know where it’s been.” - Merlin, she's mean!

I began reading your story, but have given up after about half of the first chapter. Harry is about a year old and talking in near-full sentences? What?! Please do a little research before writing.

I love the story and their resolution to keep their relationship a secret. I love your Harry and I found the word bebay adorable! I think of it as baby even when I pronounce it different and enjoy saying the word bebay to myself now. Um... I hope you will write or have written a sequel.
