how old is inertia?

WHY has this not been updated in so long?!?! How dare you leave me hanging this way! Ohh, I'm so depressed... You'd better update soon or I'll...I'll...um, I guess I'll just be even more sad. Anyway, I really like this story, but I think I can see where this is going. So many stories/movies/shows have a kid who is really bratty, does something really bad, then the kid gets hurt/lost/sick/kidnapped (one or more of those), everyone is worried sick, kid gets rescued or found or made well, and they all live happily ever after. How come nobody cares if it was the kid being a brat that got him/her kidnapped/lost/hurt in the first place? Whatever it was the kid did is never mentioned again! Okay, I realize I'm starting to sound crazy so I'll shut up now. Anyway, I'll keep reading your story no matter how the plot goes 'cuz I just love it SO MUCH! That is, I would if you would WRITE MORE! Please? Thanks a bunch!
