Awesome job. That was so good. It was one of thsoe stories that has a little bit of everything in it: mystery, love, fights, and all of the good Hogan's Heroes bits in it. I think a sequel is in order, to show what happened to Newkirk and Serilda.

Bloody well done! Newkirk is not my idea of a romantic lead but you did this so well as to totally change my mind. I hope he did find her after the war and they lived happily ever after. Great job wrapping up the story lines.

There were too many good lines to tell you about and I don't want to spoil any parts for other readers.
All four chapters kept me reading to see what happened next and wondering how the pieces of the puzzle would fall into place. You did wonderful with the description =)
The ending had me in tears. A sequel to this would be interesting.
All in all, a wonderful story with a positive message. That good can win out over bad. Sometimes even though you know it might end in heartache, you should take a chance.

Just finished reading your story and I think it is absolutely fabulous. Extremely well written. I love HH and reading your story I could picture everything and hear the voices. It was like watching it on TV.

This was an extremely brilliant first attempt at a HH fanfic, in fact ANY kind of fanfic.

Great detail given, good expression used and the characters were fairly true to the tv show.

I would just like to say that this is one of the best H.H. fanfictions I have read. I truly enjoyed this story.

No I'm not reviewing myself here. LOL. I'm taking this opportunity to put what I shoulda put at the beginning of the story which is a little author note.

This is my first HH fic. I've had a couple of reponses and reviews so far and I'm aware of some details that are incorrect and I appreciate having those details brought to my attention. I haven't had a chance yet to correct a few of those items. But basically I'm just asking a simple favor: Please read! Please review! Please?? =)

For the record I drew inspiration from 3 HH episodes for this story. "Bad Day in Berlin" "Is There a Traitor in the House?" and "Diamonds in the Rough."
