I know, right? YGO is so boring...Mainly because it's made for little boys (doesn't necessarily need a great plot for each and every episode). And sometimes, a single duel drags on for 7 god-damn episodes! All of what you say is true, I praise you for taking time to write this totally true fic!

Sometimes, YGO comes up with really emotionally deep characters (like Malik, for example)but they don't take the necessary time to develop the character according to his feelings (I mean, look at it logically: Marik has lived like a psycho for...let's say...9 years? Does it really make sense when the hatred and the pain and the suffering is just suddenly WIPED out, when his yami dies? I mean, come on...the realistic reaction is for him to start acting suicidal, at least HUG his sister, at least CRY for the fact that he suddenly realised that he had murdered his father...but no. Of all these things...Marik just 'beacomes good'.I mean...have mercy on us! )

Other characters (like our protagionist, Yami Yugi) are just too shallow. I mean, come on, do you really expect me to believe that a sixteen year-old boy has only one purpose/interest in life: Duel Monsters? If he is a living, breathing, 16-year-old male, then he should normally be preoccupied with his...you know...hormones...

You should right a similar typical episode fic for the Battle City episodes! I laughed my head off while I was reading this. Especially by the descriptions of Yami, RD(WNSRAA) and Ryou. So TRUE!

Tristan is just there as you said, Ryou is too obvious, Tea is so annoying, Seto can be a little, well, let's just leave it at that, Mokuba is always so sad, Yugi is 'unexplainably' able to transform into Yami without anyone's notice, and Yami does say pointless things, considering everyone doesn't really care about honor, Croquet is just a fag, Peggy is cool yet the wine you speak of is 'fruit juice', and the Random characters sound like Weevil, Bandit Keith, and Rex. Rex and Bandit Keith are cool, but I could careless about the bug-boy. Well, overall, the story was awesome! _ Write more! Oh, and another thing-that was Duelist Kingdom-NOT Battle City. K?
