I don't know if you'll ever read this after so long this fic was completed, but I had to say something after finishing the reading of this fic.
I was postponing the reading for ages, I knew it was good from some comments I'd read but I didn't know it was that good.
I liked it, I liked it a lot. The idea was so original, having my fave yaoi pairing turned into brothers, a plot with intrigue and substance and a fluid writing. Now I'm tossing myself out of the window for not reading it before.

OMG!! I've been reading HXH fics since forever and I can't believe how long it took me to find this fic!! This is one of the most incredible fics I have read in years!! It's definitely going into my favourites so I can keep re-reading it! Lol!! Good work, though I see this was done quite some time ago. Still, it is absolutely impressive!! I get the chills thinking how much better you must have become since this fic!!

Quoll is a bit out of character.
But I do like this Quoll and all his interaction with kurapika.

I'd put this off for such a long time because of the _length_, but it was definitely worth reading. XP

Haha, I love how you incorporate the Chimera Ants into the story. ^^ Awesome work. I'd give a more fleshed out comment, but _man_, it's late (or early...?). This fic kept me up past 6:00am. XD;

this is a great storyline. i kinda wonder the same thing when i noticed kuroro's huge eyes. hehe, im feel really anxious for the next chapter. btw, in this story they wiped out the chimera ants, so that means gon, killua, the hunter chairman and the rest of them are gonna get rid of the stragglers?

Kuroro and Arissen interaction - Loved that bit about daddy grounding Kuroro for his fashion sense. Once again your talent at writing interactions between unlikely characters makes the story itself so believable. I found myself looking for signs of the old enmity in the second part, where Kurapika's scheming with Feitan and company, but everone's mellowed down nicely in the face of Kuroro's abduction - perhaps just a bit out-of-character if you want to base things on the canon, but I don't see anything that would hurt the flow of your plotline. Oh, and Kurapika yelling at Phinx and Feitan to settle their argument with a coin-toss? That was priceless!
"at least two teams too close to winning..." - Gon and Killua somewhere in those two teams, I'd gather?
I'm jealous of the way you're able to come up with new skills so easily. It's something that I dare not do lightly - too scared that Togashi might suddenly release a chapter with more information on unknown skills...

hiya! really liked your fic! yues and its a non yaoi! i like the idea of Kuroro and Kurapika being brothers. this is an AU fic right so I don't think I have to remind you that Kurapika can only kill Geneiryodan members coz of the Judgement chain he used to himself. I'm really glad to see this story back. And like Yukitsu, kinda sad that we'll be seeing the end.

That's an interesting take on Quoll's personality, that concept of yours on why he's a good thief, and his unquenchable desire for, well, to get anything he wants. I really like how things are slowly tying up.

Hang on. When you mentioned that guy they met on the plane, are you referring to Abram Sirsun, the guy who's also from Star City? =O

Just one little detail I noticed. I just can't imagine Quoll saying "get the hell out of Dodge", if you know what I mean. ^_^

Anyway, I like the realization Kurapika makes about his enemies not being 2D. Very insightful. XD And, I also like Feitan's character here. It's unlike the common attitude he has in other fanfics -- somewhat refreshing.

The clone issue.. I agree with the doctor -- I don't think cloning will be able to bring the souls back. Does that mean they'll have new Kuruta? ooh... Sequel? XD

IMHO, you're kinda getting out of touch with Quoll and Co. Not sure if it's because you're doing another fic. It could just be me, but some expressions (gee, shoulda) Quoll used doesn't sound much like him. Oh, hell. I haven't been reading/watching much of HxH stuff lately, either. ^_^

But, still. I welcome the update. Hope the next chapter will be up soon.
