I had originally read this story a few years ago and just recently thought back on it. after searching for a while, i was ecstatic to find it. i just loved it! too many things i liked to go into detailed but just know this is in my favorites.

First off i have to say that this story is the saddist harry/hermione story i have ever read on fanfiction. Second, i have to say that it is also one of the best stories i've ever read on fanfiction not just because of the excellent writing but also because of the awesome storyline. loved it, loved it, loved it! :)

I'm still crying half an hour after finishing this story at 1 in the morning when i have work at 6am. I have no words to describe this piece of literature. No, it's not just a story or a fanfic. It's too beautiful to be dumbed down by those words. Yes, this is literature at it's most wonderful best.

I thought this was a very well written story, especially the final chapter, which really makes you think and makes your Really feel how Ron feels. Well done and thanks for a really great read.

This is such a great story! The detail is amazing and even though the ending was really sad it's refreshing to finally read something where it doesn't end in 100% happiness. Nicely written and good job.

That was an amazing story. It was very well written. The concepts you used were amazing and I just overall loved it. I would really like to say more but you have left me wordless.

Loved the ending. It was so sad, especially because Ron was the narrator. i actually liked how the heroes and lovers died in battle together instead of going off the live happily ever after. Keep up the good work.

omg, this last chapter broke my heart. its very well written, but, to me, this story was like a car crash. its horrible, tragic, but you just can't look away. that's how i felt about you making hermione betray everyone. the story worked, and very well, but, i feel broken inside now. yes, i know, its fanfic, and i'll get over it, but, this story hurt to read. my compliments on making it do so.

Well if that wasn't saddest thing I've ever read. I really liked the not so happy ending-sometimes life is just a ** (excuse me if I offend) and I'm glad you didn't mind saying so. Good little hopeful tid bit at the end though.

OK, sad to say, but I'm done here. I loved it, but I'm not into the whole HP/HG thing. I love the first six chapters, though. I LOVE drama. Angst. All that crap. BTW, this reminds me of the last episode of the most recent season of Doctor Who. The whole 'the earth is doomed' thing. Anyway, I should get out before it gets bad.
