Impressive. Truely impressive! I like how you gave it a positive end without making it an "everything is now perfect" ending! (Still, I would love to see a little something on how they are in a year's time...) :-)

I love the ending; hot, sweet and then just that edge of angst as Dawn gets to find out what happened. Wonderful fic; I hope you do more in this series.

I liked the fact that even Angelus isn't 100% evil, the hint that he might be looking for some kind of escape. Xander being so ruthless comes off as beleivable too; he's been through so much that it's not surprising. Really enjoying this.

I liked this. It strikes a note somewhere that works. However, I hope that Dawn and Xander do not have a major falling out. I prefer her to Dru. (As long as she's grown)
And Angelus is back in town... how many deaths on his conscience this time?

Great start, glad to see another in this series. Hope you don't break up Xander & Dawn, I like them together. (After she grows up, of course.)

I hope you write more in this series at some point: I'm really enjoying it. Xander with the two D's is surprisingly right and the flashbacks in the form of his book are wonderfully, tantalisingly dark.
