This isn't a flame...but Margot did have a diary.Anne mentions it in hers. They just never found it. Good idea though.:)

Margot Frank did keep a diary, you know, but it was lost after the war. How sad!

Not to be rude or belicose, I think your story is an interesting idea. However, on your summary you mentioned that you "do not own these characters". I hope you do remember that these are not characters you are writing about, but real people who died in the Holocost. I do not demand you stop writing this nor even ask. I simply ask that you keep in mind that these ARE real people you are writing about and to respect them in their deaths.
