My reviewing policy is better late than never. Because of this, I cannot think of much specific to add, except I saved this link for ages to say that I like it. The atmosphere this story captures is fabulous, and I enjoy the references to other works.

I like this, interesting and classy.

My goodness! And to think that I had given up the hope of this magnificent story ever being updated. Happily, you have proved me wrong. What an excellent chapter (or half of one, be as it may) - long enough to quench even the most voracious reader's thirst. Delicious!

Let's just hope we won't have to wait this long for the next chapter - I must have faith!

Oh boy! Is this story great! But I have one complaint...why aren't you continuing the story?
If this had been the 'real' background to HP and tom riddle, then everything in the real HP books make sense.

This piece is amazing. It draws in the reader like nothing else I've seen, destroying the real world and inviting the reader to linger forever in this land of dreams. Your style is haunting as a spectre and yet still contains the adrenaline sting of the best whodunit, leaving us breathless and yet aching for more. Metis has such power, and is yet so far from a Mary Sue, with a weakness that will destroy the world. And your historical accuracy... from detail to grand arc, your fine eye for history is a joy.
If there is any hint of thought in your mind about not finishing the series, please, banish it. This is sheer perfection, and must be finished: any other outcome is a crime against the English language.

Another wonderful chapter, chock full of goodness. I knew I had heard the "Mr and Mrs. Bickerson" thing somewhere before, of course it had to be a show by the magnificent Joss Whedon. I mean, how many people (other than Joss) know such obscure things? Anyways, wonderful job, keep up the good work, and I was very glad to see another chapter I must say. :) Ta-ta!

Oh.... in the last two days I have read your wonderful piece of work here, but i cant believe its been going on for 2 years! That's quite a commitment.
