Pleasant, although this one seemed to be less substancial than the others of yours I've read. I kept wondering "What happened in this mission? Which episode is it based on? I don't remember Sam almost being killed in season six... probably because it's kinda the norm, but still..." I like the background you artfully work into such a short picture. You've got real talent in that!

Would you believe we're still waiting for season six in Canada? Sigh. Ah well, at least it's on CBS at some ungodly hour on Saturday nights, even if it is out of order. . .

But enough whining. I liked this fic. I love cake stories. They're always so much fun. And I love the layers (sorry!) in this too; how the quip back and forth without actually coming out and saying anything serious. Great job.
