ok, os i just reread chap 7. I love the line when Margaret meets Kim Hahn:
"Looking at Margaret Kim Hahn said casually, 'You need anymore help, just whistle. You know how to do that?'
Margaret smiled coyly and leaned down to look him in the eye as she said. 'Sure, you just put your lips together and blow.' She chuckled lightly as she told him. 'I like movies too.'"
That scene from To Have And Have Not is one of my favorites ever!

Amazing, amazing story. I loved how you took the episodes and woven them with the beautiful story of Hawkeye and Margaret's relationship. Wonderful job!

You know, the ep. Out of Gas would have made a good addition to this. The one where Margerat faints because they have to use ether on the patients. There are some good HM moments in it. Like when Hawk says I need something to lean on, preferably you.

This is just...there are no words to describe it. How much work did you have to go through to get the episodes typed up?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I love it.

Okay, now I know you posted this ages ago but I just had to comment on how magnificent this story really is.

I started reading the first 2 (or 3) chapters at best care anywhere at about 7pm and I searched everywhere to try and find the rest (I should have known to look here). At about 9 pm I finally looked here and there it was. Now I saw that it had like 15,0 words and thought well I can finish this tonight (I did not realize I was missing a digit and it was actually 150,0 words) so at 4 am I finally finished. Then I looked at the clock (it is safe to presume that I am NOT at work right now). I hope you are proud I chucked a sickie for this story.

By the way it was worth it – no other story has kept me so enthralled for half a day- well not in this fandom or in a very long time.

Keep up you writing, I hope that you have not given up on M*A*S*H.

Honestly I'm not sure exactly what to say except that i have read this story three times beginning to end over the last week. It is a brilliant peice of writing, well rounded and very well done as an AU that follows aspects of cannon.

I have to say, I'm normally not a Hawkeye/Margaret fan...I'm more of a slash person, really. But I was drawn in by your story; the magnificent characterisation, the beautiful plotline and the seamless integration with existing episodes. It's almost as if you had the characters with you, you write so well. I am extremely impressed. I will be looking forward to reading your other work.

Phew! Just finished reading it in one go. Blimey, where to begin. This story was fantastic, excellently characterised and the plot was magnifique! I bow down to your greatness.
