My only, humble, suggestion, is to change the reason for no planetary bombardment. From the need for 'plausible deniability', to a stated policy that Prometheus' weapons would not be turned on Earth. Just a thought.

Truly an enjoyable 'fic. If you have any other ideas for Prometheus' use, in outer space, please write and post them. With the quality way you wrote this 'fic, I am sure they would be good tales. --Igor--
