Very cute, indeed. I always wanted to be part of a Weasley snowball fight hehe. Fred and George came out wonderfully they were completely in character. As for Percy, I like to think that underneath it all he's still got a mischevious side, too. So in my opinion he was in character as well (or maybe just the character I'd like to see him in...) I think you should write more.
