Firstly, I just want to congratulate you on your amazing story - the prophetic vision of Aragorn being bludgeoned to death with a chair leg had me laughing out loud for ages, and now my little sister is looking at me with a very worried expression. Just one diddy little point: at the very end of chapter five, I believe the word you're looking for is "vial"..."vile" means repulsive or disgusting.

I'm very late reading this, but just wanted to thank you for writing it! You say you don't usually write humor but this is so excellent! I love both the "Kig" and his "mellod" here, and so many images of them, from the gooey black medicine to the fight with the chairs! Arwen, too, is portrayed as such a strong-minded lady! Manipulative, but in a very likeable way, and ultimately very loving. Don't worry about the little bit of seriousness at the end of chapter 8, it just gave the story that much more heart. They do all care for each other, even though Arwen decides that Aragorn and Legolas "must be destroyed" and Aragorn and Legolas themselves are itching to inflict misery on each other. I really wish you'd write the sequel, but anyway thanks for writing such a great story!

I just read this story and it is absolutely hilarious! It had me laughing the whole time. I was just wondering if Slings and Arrows was ever put up? I saw a mention of it in your Authors Note but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Or did you just not continue with a sequel? Could you email me and let me know? Thanks and it was a great story!
