I find it very irritating that you keep asking for reader's choices as to the direction of the story. You should write for you first and everyone else second. It shows either great insecurity or the need to have others stroke your ego. I suggest stopping. If you can't do that then maybe you should not consider writing literature a part of your future. This does not mean that I will not read your story because I am enjoying it enough at the current chapter, but I just had to say that I hope you can start writing stories without having to please others as a priority. Its a bit sad your talent is going to waste.

oh, and also, I like the fact that Pansy is not evil etc. like she usually is in fics... it makes a pleasant change!
I don't know who should remain Death Eaters, but it would be quite nice for Blaise and Pansy and (obviously!) Draco to not be Death Eaters.

So, for the second question I think definitely Fred, George, and Seamus need to offer final proof that not all Gryffindors are self-righteous pricks, but Harry and some Slytherin (not Draco, he needs to bond with the others too) should be involved.
