All in all, a great story. I liked the adventure and the superb plot line that went throughout the story. Some areas I thought were a bit overdone as far as detail, but otherwise the story was an extremely interesting read all the way through. I thought that the ending itself was done well, though for a moment I was expecting Mia and Isaac to return to Imil s Queen and King; though I think leaving the rest of the story up to the reader is for the best. I also liked how the story came full circle, especially Felix's ending quote. I cannot find fault in the story, though I can honestly say that I think the eight childhood years being taken from the children of Vale and the mass attack on Imil is deserving of greatly more than an apology and the freedom of the slaves that should have been free their entire lives. Furthermore, from a realistic standpoint, the slaves would have been very spiteful of the Proxians, as well as not quite who they once were. The conditions described would have had lasting physical and psychological changes on the enslaved people. Aside from that weak point in the story, I think that it was one of the more imaginative and better ones that I have read. Great Job and good work on the redo (though I haven't seen the first version).

I have yet to finish the entire chapter, but I must say that at this moment, whether it was intentional or not, you have portrayed their viewpoints very well. I mean that in the sense that you explained why Alex did it without a problem (probably stemming from not having grown up with a parent and so has looser morals about serving Saturos) while Mia has lost the person she held most dearly, causing her to act "demonic," her reaction being incomprehensible to him... Quite possibly over analytical, but I felt that it made this part of the story great.

Wow, WOW! This is certainly one of the best stories you ever wrote, if not the best. I'm amazed by the sheer size and cleverly thougt-out storyline, with even more than happy ending (for most)! I first was a bit disappointed seeing this story takes place in an AU, but my doubts quickly faded away. I really liked how details that one might think aren't that noteworthy at all in fact do have an important meaning to the plot. Need an example? Isaacs' toy called Weed. Once the first chapters are over you'd think it wasn't that important. But suddenly, when Aurora suddenly strikes the dream of that toy... I'm going to be honest, Caz. When I read this word coming from Aurora I nearly fainted because of the shock and sudden realisitation that she's in fact... the one you excluded her to be. And I don't say this jokingly, I almost passed out when the thougts rushed into my mind in a flash. This is masterful work, Caz. Thank you for writing this masterpiece and continue to write even more! =D

Please, please, please, PLEASE tell me that Aurora is NOT a Mary Sue!! >_< Hopefully it's Jenna? Or Kay? I'M SOO CONFUSED! ^_^

Okay, I’ve just finished reading this fic, and once again I am stunned. In fact, this could very well be the definition of what an AU-style fic should aspire to be. Don’t mind my flattery, cuz it’s the truth. The TRUTH!
