An amazing story, please write some more.
Love the idea of a siren, and the fact that Lucius Malfoy was the main character made it even better!

Wow, this is an absolutely amazing story... I had lost the link and finally refound it and read the last 13 chapters all in one go.

Sad, yet perfect ending... and characterized so well! It's amazing, I know I am being repetitive but I really mean it. I love how you depicted Lucius. Just... wow.

I was so sad when I read the last chapter... but it was a perfect ending. Nothing else would have been believable.

Ok I may not be able to write but damn it I can review!
I must admit that I completely despised Iphany from the word go on principle alone as I recoil from any sort of 'veela' characters and during the course of the story I still struggled with my dislike for this ultimate form of 'mary-sue' as I see her….. but in the end you won me over. I was rather shocked as it happens. The fact she was 'perfect' at least in the physical sense didn’t matter as much as I had initially envisioned and I was able to enjoy the story free of my seething veela hatred *cough* and it does seem fitting that only a supernatural creature could truly melt Lucius's icy heart, anything less wouldn’t have been believable if you were trying to keep him canon… That confession aside lets move on.
Your use of imagery was simply amazing throughout this story! Rarely in published works let alone fan fictions has the scene so vividly leapt from the pages into my brain as clearly as your did. I thought that the plot was not as well defined as it could have been, it seemed to me that this was sacrificed slightly to develop Lucius and Iphany's relationship and their interactions particularly towards the end of the story. I would have liked to see a broader and more intricate plot I think that combined with your amazing character portrayals would have made the story perfect - though your detailed creation of the sirens was simply amazing, I love authors who give history to unusual character's or creatures instead of forcing them on the reader without any explanation and its something I am always drawn to in my own writing, though I don’t come anywhere close to this level in my fic's.
While the fluff did become a bit too much at times, perhaps because I am not a great romantic, I still enjoyed this story immensely, you are a talented writer and hope I you continue to write more!

Honestly, this is one of the best fics I have ever read. Really...this is in like the top ten...You are a brilliant writer and portray your characters so well!

Wow this was a fantastic novel! I'm amazed at the superb writing, the depth of the characters and the vivid descriptions of people and places.

I just spent the better part of four days reading this mammoth of a story, which has now become my favorite fan fiction of all time. This had all the potential to become a run-of-the-mill Mary Sue, but in my opinion, Iphany would beat MS down in a heartbeat. The fact that you were able to write FORTY THREE chapters without deteriorating is incredible on it's own. I am not ashamed to admit that I cried when Lucius said "I love you." It was too little too late.

I can totally see why you would write a sequel. Even though this story tied up all the loose ends we really care about, there are so many ways it could go if continued. I can't wait to see what the other siren does on earth!

Anyway, your writing is impeccable and flawless. You use just enough imagery and detail to make a reader able to see/hear/taste/touch the surroundings without bombarding us with unneeded floweriness. I can see why you are branching out to write your own fiction. I expect to see it on the shelves.
