| Eric 2005-03-24 ch 1, anon. | abuseWow I share the EXACT same out look on life as this poem describes it. |
| Squidbones 2004-10-26 ch 1, | abuseHoly friggin crap. Thank you |
| LightningFairy 2004-02-08 ch 2, anon. | abuseHey, me again. (sorry, I never sign in for reveiws) I loved all your stories, youve got laods of talent, so keep weriting! (adn spelling better than me, lol) |
| LadyDevimon 2004-02-04 ch 1, | abusethat was so awesome! I hardly ever read from christians on ff.net without them mentioning the whole "your going to hell" thing. I too am a Christian and have hard time trying to understand my friends who are of other faiths outside of Christianity. have u ever heard of T.D. Jakes? the famous preacher? he has his own television show, it comes on on weekday mornings, my mother watches him everyday. but in one of his sermons he said when talking to others out side of the faith about the good things christ has done in your life its like talking in another languge. for them to understand you u must take urself down a few levels to theirs. And try to remember wat it was like before u started ur personal relationship with christ then u can maybe understand how they haven't realized the good things christ is doing in their lives. and trust me it takes alot of paitence to understand those who have not felt or noticed the miracles happening around them. |
| Franken 2004-01-16 ch 2, | abuseThat was really good no matter about the structure. I really liked the part that said this, You can tease me You can yell, You can persecute me You can put me in jail. It still won't change the way I feel, Or what I believe. I do believe that what you have written comes deep from your heart and is inspired of God. That part that I mentioned is so true. People have been made martyrs for what they believe in, but that has just made them stronger no matter living or dead, their faith lives on. |
| Ganga-Zumba Palmares 2003-08-11 ch 2, | abuseThis poem made me sad! It seemed like you were makeing christians to be like the forlorn hope or something. A group of people thrown into a perilous situation. It made me think that you have the idea a lot of people are closed minded to people with a christian faith. I am surrounded by christians where I live and I think nothing of it. To not like christians...you would have to dislike a huge amount of people. You'd waste a lot of time drowning in a pool of hate. Even though I am aware there are closed minded people out there, we are all closed minded in someway or another, or thats how I see it. Very good! Made me think on that one! |
| Ganga-Zumba Palmares 2003-08-11 ch 1, | abuseI think this was beautiful. And you shouldnt care what people say about this, if they are cruel. Because you hold strong to your beliefs, never shaken. I have no religon that I am a part of, but even I can respect someone who holds strong when faceing the evils of the world. Bravo! 'I'm going to change the world' hopefully... |
| Earwen of Alqualonde 2003-06-26 ch 1, | abuse'If you are from Africa, you are African. If you are from America, you are American. If you are from Canada, you are Canadian. If you are from Christ, you are Christian. I am from Christ. He is in my life." Amen to that. |
| Megan 2003-05-27 ch 2, anon. | abuseThis is awesome. I wish I had the courage to act the way that is described. I hope that you act like this when around people and not just on-line. Thanks for posting this. |
| Jetzer 2003-05-22 ch 1, | abuseThat's great! You did such a good job! I know that you meant this from your heart, and that's so cool. I'm glad that you did this. You not only got your 2 bits into this chaotic universe, you did a really good job at being an example we Christians can follow! I'm probably using too many exclamation point's, but I salute you! I really like this! |
| American Wings 2003-05-18 ch 2, | abuseBrilliant. :-) I echo your sentiments. I have been veering away from the "Bible" section at fanfic.net because it seems to be full of people who are just making fun of it, but finding your poems really touched me. Keep living for God, and keep praying. Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we cannot see. ~AAngel |
| Stacey 2003-05-12 ch 1, anon. | abuseYou have the heart of a shepherd. Remember, when the heat comes on you for publishing something like this, it's not you they're rejecting. It's our LORD, unfortunately. But be of good courage and stand strong. One day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess. Keep writing! |
| Loganberry 2003-05-09 ch 2, | abuseThen you are strong in your beliefs, and I salute you for that. I don't share them, but - who knows? - maybe I'm wrong. I don't think so, but I don't *know* so. I suppose that's why I'm not religious - I don't think we *know* anything. As I say, though, the strength of your faith is very obvious here. |
| TexanConejo 2003-05-05 ch 1, anon. | abuseI completely agree with everything you said. That's all I really have to say. A lot of times there are no words to describe some things. Especially God's love. |
| Calmer of the Storm 2003-05-05 ch 2, | abuseCherry Blossom- I do realize that you would do the same things for what you beleive. I'm not trying to change anybody. Just putting what I feel out. Oreo- I'm sorry that I sound like a close minded person. Like I said, these are my thoughts and feelings. I have taken them under cinsideration, and many others for that fact. I've seen far too much to just abandon them, just like any other person would do for thier faith. MrBill- Thanks, that really means alot to me. |
