i dont care if it could never happen THIS WAS A GOOD STORY! there are so little ryoga and akane fics out thee and i presonly think that they make a grat pair! KEEP WRITING!

Well. I must say, you're going to have some pretty dirty flames on this one. It went kinda fast, but that isn't the point. The point is that...do you have experiance with Ranma 1/2? Do you watch the show? Have you seen the Movie 2? Do you KNOW how much Ranma/Akane fit together and like each other? I'm starting to doubt your knowledge of the show, or else you probably would have written a more convincing story. And...just for your information...Ryoga and Akane are absolutely terrible for each other. What do YOU think Akane's going to do when Ryoga finally tells her that he's P-chan? And what do you think that Ranma would do if this ever happened anyways? And...Ryoga/Ukyou is a MUCH better pairing. They fit each others needs and work well together. *I DESPISE RYOGA/AKARI*. Other then that...you're story was pretty good. Nice and waffy. Change you're couples and you'd have some nice potential.

Umm... That was a pretty dull story. No real plot to it. It's all too sudden. Next time you should try making a longer one.

A Journey begins

"damnit all I'm lost again!" Ryoga Hikbi yelled for the umpteenth time that day,Things couldn't get worse for the poor guy as he trudged along,"Ryoga Honey!" Ryoga heard the voice and shudderd, 'things can get worse' he decided venomasly.

Akari ran to meet him,her pink streaked hair blew in the wind. Ryoga let himself be wrapped in her arms reluctantly. "where's your pig akari?" ryoga mumbled,venom practicly dripping off his words as he let them loose from the inside of his mouth.

"OH him...hehe He's pry playing in the daises or something!" she said cheerfully "akari..its winter..." , She set about dragging him to nermia with her by the hand.

"Hey akari, I left my uh...underwear,yes underwear back at camp! will you wait HERE for me?" he said with fake sweetness that fooled the gentle pig farmer and trainer. "sure Ryoga-sama!" she said with her ever-smiling face. He face faltered, he HATED the name ryoga-sama... He silently ran in the other direction, it was wrong to get back to nermia, But any way was the right way to get away from Akari, He didn't know what snapped in him, he liked akari alot, he just needed to get away for awhile.

As usuall he was lost,No akari in sight, but no nermia either... Suddenly a song he heard long ago drifted into his head...

*The sky was meant for me and I was meant for him, the skay was dreamt for me and I was dreampt for him, the sky has cried for me, and I have cried for him, Many miles,many roads I have traveled,falling down along the way,Many hearts,many years have unraveled,leading up to today...*

He heard a soft voice,female,singing it, he couldn't place where he heard it before... But the song fit him in some way. Then it snapped in his head, 'It's Ukyo's voice! I heard it while she was singing and serving me okinamiyaki!' He yelled in his head with a satisfied smirk on his face, one of his fangs poking out of his mouth. While he was wondering about,ukyo,songs,pretty voices,and his stomach's incessant growling, He ran right into a girl hiking, "s'cuse me mam" Ryoga said in his politest voice,

"do you know the way to...eh, Ukyo's okinamiyaki hut?" Ryoga let the words slide off his tounge as if they were made from grease. The hiker looked at him blankly,her stare made him uncomfortable but he endured it,he had seen stares like it many a times before. The girl brightened her face,her red hair falling out her bun as she put it down, She had the same colored hair as ranma-chan but her eyes were different colors,the right one was saphhire colored and the left was the color of a green emerald.

"sure ,I'll take you there, I'm meeting A guy there..you know him mabey? His name is mousse.." She waited for a reaction from him, and she got a pretty good one " OK cool take me there! and I didn't catch your name ..." The girl smiled a little mysteriuosly, "It's Kitana, nice to meet you..." "Ryoga" "yes ryoga." The two trudged along, the sun setting on their backs.

Kitana was right, mousse was waiting for her, and the two walked off, leaving Ryoga to stare nervously at Ukyo's restraunt.

He gulped, and opened the door, he didn't know why he asked for directions here of all places, but he might as well get something to eat

while he was here, He walked in, a couple customers stared at his battered clothes, He just smiled at them and walked up to the counter and sat on a stool, "what'll it be sugar?" ukyo asked without looking at him, "one okinmayaki, HOLD the pork please"

When ukyo heard his voice she turned and stared at him, "Ryoga!" She said happily, "long time no see, your the ONLY one of my customers to hold the pork, heh." ' wow' Ukyo thought , 'he's gotten cuter..' Ryoga watched her make the okinamyaki, 'geez she's cute..' She put a glass of water with ice and his steaming okinamiyaki in front of him on the counter, he began to eat, but stopped as she began to sing, almost to herself,

"Many miles,many roads I have traveled,falling down along the way,Many hearts,many years have unraveled,leading up to today..."

He shut his eyes and listened to her sing, it was beautiful, sad,and seductive all at once, He opened his eyes to make sure he was poking his okinamyaki and not the counter, but discovered he was dipping his sauce covered fork in his glass, Ukyo looked at him, "sugar whats bothering you...?" she took his glass and gave him a new one silently. "ukyo, why do you sing?" She looked at him suprised, "why, I sound horrible don't I?" " No no you sound, beautiful, and sad at the same time... you have a wonderful voice ukyo.." he said, his cheeks flushing, He decided to leave out the seductive part. "thank you Ryoga" She bowed her head for a split second, letting her hair fall over her shoulders, He watched, fascinated by her. He finished his okinamyaki and looked around, not wanting to leave, "Ukyo.." "huh?" she said, cleaning off one of the tables while the customer paid his bill and left.

" Who do you sing about?" "I didn't make the song up, but it fits him..." She looked him directly in the eye " I sing about someone who wouldn't consider me anything more than a friend..." Ryoga avoided her gaze, thinking she was talking about ranma. His thoughts drifted to akane, and for the first time, his mind didn't cling to akane so much, instead he listened to ukyo sing, putting her heart into the song. "hey ryoga...you got a place to sleep tognight?" "uh..my tent?" he said, trying to help.

"no no I mean somewhere REAL, in a bed.." "no.." Her back was turned to him, " you can stay here... I have an extra guestroom next to mine, suddenly a large, white animal bounded into the room, scaring half the customers away, the,other half were either drunk or to intent on getting their money's worth to be bothered, the animal yipped, "low wind! what are you doing here windy?".Ryoga stared at the animal, it was female, and she was a large white wolf, "he-hey-uk-uky-ukyo, I-is this-y-yours?" she stuttered,looking at the wolf, "oh don't worry she's friendly unless you want to hurt me..." Ryoga stared at the wolf in utter suprise, "suddenly the wolf pressed her cold,wet nose against his arm, he felt himself change, his clothes fluttered around him, in a neat pile, "sqreeee?" ryoga said, Ukyo grabbed him and looked at him, " so YOUR p-chan!" she said in suprise and a hint of annoyance, "sqreeeaaa?" Ryoga mumbled, lowering his head, She looked at him with pity and I hint of sadness, " I know if I were you, and I loved akane that much, I wouldn't tell her..." she seemed to be muttering to herself, But he "brieed" happily at her musings "p-chan what changes you back into Ryoga?" she asked the little black piglet, He glanced at his clothes nervously, "yes I know I know I won't watch but what changes you back?" He jumped onto the counter, and pointed to the tea kettle boiling on the stove, "a teak kettle turns you back?" "BRIII!" "ok ok no tea kettle, the stove?" BRRRR-III!" "OK OK no stove, hot water?" "brii brii briiiii!" he said happily, she took the kettle off the stove and let it cool down to warm water so he wouldn't burn himself, then she went into the other room while he changed and put on his clothes, "done!" he yelled to her, she walked in and smiled, he was sitting on the stool, drinking tea and making another one, "may I join you?" she asked slowly, he nodded and gave the tea to her, she sipped it , "this is good ryoga, did you make this yourself?" he nodded and sat back, musing the day over and over, wondering if she could help him find his way home, not physicly, but in his heart.
