I can't really understand how you only got four reviews on this story, but here's mine to make it a fifth.
First of all, I'd like to say that from my own perspective and personal opinion, I'd have Eva win. Mostly because I like them better. And Berserker mode would have decimated Big O.
Secondly, having Gendo and Angel sleep together? Wrong! That bastard doesn't deserve to get any!
Thirdly, it was hilarious to see Rei and Dorothy talking in tandem. I could totally see that happening.
Fourthly, God, Shinji just can't seem to get a break can he? If it's not his father kicking away at his self-esteem it's a 'gentleman' like Roger Smith. You think after the world was destroyed he'd be a little stronger.
Fifthly, Roger and Misato sleeping together? Well, she did Kaji so I guess this would be an upgrade. Though I did like it when Misato kicked him in the groin. Guy needs a swift kick every now and then. He's way too uptight.
Sixthly, Gendo really does have problems, doesn't he? But that's kinda obvious.
And lastly, I just have to say that this whole thing was so freaking hilarious! And the last part, with the Martian Successor Nadesico bit, was funny as well.

oh, that was freakin' hilarious! Most Eva humor is just trashing Shinji. Granted, there was some of that, but you hit on Rei and Dorothy being the same thing, Asuka's infatuation with older men, Gendo's God obsession, Pokemon being stupid, and how annoying some anime fans can be. Great job, you should do this again with maybe Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star...or carry through with the Big O/Nadesico thing.
