What a wonderful read-and what a beautiful way to end it with a major helping of Relena/ Heero fluff--in private as I would figure because the consummate soldier would never display his feelings for all to see-there's only one person he allows to see the soft side of him and she's in his arms.
Starlight, your writing has enforced my growing affection for this anime and its characters. Excellent job.

So the tale ends--the madman is on his way to hell and the hospital is saved...
But will the effects of the drugs on Trieze be long term? And will the other drugged person (Dorothy) recover as well? Will Zechs and Noin's reunion be bittersweet?
Many questions to be answered in the next chapter...

Preventers move like a thief in the night--and the cover of darkness as they make their getaway is the best tactic against a madman like Reed. . .
I knew Dorothy and Lady Une both were linked by their love for Trieze and now I feel sorry for Dorothy--she really is a tormented soul..
Gotta get to 12 so I can see the rescue--great story!

Okay c'mon boys, figure it out--who is it that Dorothy always had a softness for--if she even could show softness (at least that's what I saw)...
Quatre and Trowa's friendship is warm and close--without taking it into some sick yaoi context which is refreshing in fanfiction.
Relena's strength is also nice to see-she is the quinntessential "iron fist in a velvet glove", not weak and weepy.

And now for the next chapter...

So Trieze is Xousia's puppet, huh? And this Reed is the brains of the outfit--very interesting...
Somehow I knew Eric was not a bad guy--and to know he wants to work with Preventer makes him a better man to me already.
And the sweet scene with Heero and Relena-he just lets his real self out when he's with her alone, doesn't he?
Now for 10--I'm totally stoked...

Starlight, you write like I do-my plots are mapped out broadly in synopsis form and then I fill in dialogue and exposition--and of late, my chapters bear little resemblance to the synopsis--the muse taking the plot in far different directions.
Back to the story...

You really have Quatre pegged right-he's always taking the resposibility on his shoulders for everything--sensitive and passionate.
And Trowa's injuries appear to be less, thank goodness.
Loved the little touch by Heero at the end-and Relena's reaction to it--hope there's more fluff to come.
And anime unreality is okay--I remember that in Speed Racer it is rampant-oil leaks in cars leading to explosions--which is highly unlikely in real life. . .
Off to the 9th chapter...

I'm sorry the boys are such gentlemen-I truly would have LOVED seeing Dorothy get backhanded and her pert little nose broken...

Now it looks like Zechs' former role is being utilized by Xousia by letting him have his "freedom" but this fellow Eric seems to be their monitor...
Duo and Hilde are so cute-I'm dying to see the entire series so I can see her and Duo meet and the sparks fly. . .
Noin is professional but I can see the cracks in her armor as she worries about Zechs.

Boy, Heero's quite the actor, huh? He had me convinced that he was groggy but I knew it was just a ruse-a very clever ruse.
Hilde and Duo seem to have a bit of the same wiseass persona--and having Relena stay with her seems safe-for now...
The Preventers have infiltrated Xousia and heaven help them now...

Dorothy Catalonia is SLIME--pure and unadulterated, a meglomanic in the truest sense-she needs to be knocked down and ground into the dirt where she belongs...
Good for Heero in getting Relena out in time--and then leaving his coat for her is a sign of deeply buried tender feelings he has for her-but Duo seems to pick up on it.
Now for chapter 5...

Talk about Chinese water torture--Jolene is really experiencing the beginning of the edge of madness that hearing those endless drips can cause...pure genius on your part...
And now they have Quatre--luring him with the alleged nabbing of one of his beloved sisters, they really know how to make the deepest cut in their enemy.
And Duo should've figured that the resident computer geek of Preventer could hack into the needed files.
And away I go to 4...

For all their threats and ops, Xousia doesn't seem to organized--but then again they are taking on the Preventers and they are the best of the best. . .

Zech's capture was a means to an end--to get to Relena and so it seems that Xousia knows how to get the Achilles Heel to bring their quarry to them. But this woman jailer intrigues me..

Well already you've got me hooked into this story--the action is first-rate and the characterizations are dead on. . .
This new rogue organization appears to be a vicious faction--and it looks as if Quatre is targeted as well...
