Wow, these two chapters sure were deep! I am amazed by the way you managed to describe the battle. Even if you didn't tell us much about it the atmosphere was fantastic. I have to know what happens next!

Wow, I am impressed. I have read all of the chapters soon after you've posted them, but I haven't reviewed since the first chapter. I don't know why, this story has been improving with every chapter and now I am really fond of it. ^ ^
I understand what you mean, I have problems with original characters as well. I am so afraid of creating a Mary Sue that I very rarely create any female original characters and even if I do I try to make them ugly and stupid so that no one can think they are perfect. Because of that people usually end up hating all of my original characters, even those that I like myself. Like Liao Su, most of my readers hated him and were happy when I let Shendu slaughter him...
Anyway, I can see the improvement in Elemental. And Alex, wow I really like him! It could be because having an important original male character balances Elemental a lot, especially if they end up falling in love. -^ ^- And Alex is also the name of my favourite Golden sun character so I can't help but think he looks exactly the same... silly me.
Kari and Sakura are nice too, especially Sak'. I hope to see more of her in the future. Continue!! :)

Pretty nice, though this Element gives me creeps. She seems to so perfect and cool, I'm sure you know what we call original characters like that. But, I'm not judging yet, just warning. Keep this up, maybe I'll grow to like her (a talented author can do anything). Especially if there's some real dirt under that shining image. ^^
