I had a wonderful time reading this fic. No matter what you say I think Zim was extremely in character, even when he was being slightly out of character, if that any makes sense.. Well crap I would leave a much longer review but I have to go now--but thanks for the great read!

This is my FAVORITE Zim/ZADR fic EVER! It's so well done, and everything is just...well...great. It's funny too. So, why haven't you updated in a year?! *cries* ur probably busy arent you? You've probably moved on to something entirely different and just cant get into Zim anymore...its okay...same thing happened to me with other things...but...still...luvs this story...i'll put it on story alert anyway, even if there is no hope...*cries*

I had no idea you had updated this, now, over a year ago!! I guess I have you on my favs but not on my alerts. I don't think anything about this chapter is off, and actually, I like it equally and maybe more because of all the changes happening in Zim. It would be a shame if you didn't continue :( This is my favorite IZ fic of all time.

Interesting story - I like the development of the characters. It's a shame that you aren't updating it any longer, but I'd like you to know that it was a joy to read.

Great story so far! I do think Dib change his mind about being repulsed by Zim a bit too quickly, but it really is sweet.

Wow. This is one of the shining reasons why you shouldn't put the "All Ratings" flter on before hunting for stories. I'm not criticizing you for writing lots of sex scenes, though. I'm just saying that I'm not too fond of them myself and idly wondering why I skimmed them. Oh yeah, that's why. This is a good story.
I'll Alert iy in the dim hopes that you'll ever come back to it.

That was pretty interesting. This kinda feels like a good end, beside the whole comment on his happiness not meaning to last.

Zim was kinda funny! He was all, "Let's do like rabbits!" And so they did like rabbits.

I knew you wouldn't kill Zim. I kept thinking that as I was reading through the saving parts. I just knew he couldn't have died. The way you wrote everything, I just didn't think you could do it. Not that I wanted you to or anything, I'm quite glad you didn't. But I'd be slightly impressed if you did. Then you'd have to find a way to bring him back.

Do you think you're going to try and continue this again? It seems like you are going to have to bring in another monster for them to fight. Well, I look forward to anything you may come up with next.

I just found this story, and I love it. It's great to hear that you've picked it up again, although I understand leaving a story and finding it hard to come back to. Your capitlizations and emphasis on words are right on the money--so much so that I can hear Dib or Zim going off on one of their ranty speeches. In addition to that, I love your characterization of Gaz. She's fairly underdeveloped, and I think you've done a lot with her to fill her out.

Your characterizations of all the characters is spot-on, and I really appreciate that. Your story moves at a wonderful pace, and your mood change in Zim is very believable. Sometimes people have characters become weak just because it's easier to write--but your Zim has a very good reason for that, and in addition to that, you're building him up again. Everyone reaches a point where something is broken for them--a fundamental belief system or something similar, and the strong are able to adapt and rebuild themselves despite the loss. Zim is very much that type of personality, and you're doing great with that.

I look forward to the military bits and moving this story from a really interpersonal relationship to a larger level, and I know I can trust you to keep that interpersonal interaction as well. (For as long as the characters are together)

Anyway, keep up the good work, and I hope I wasn't too rambly!

Great chapter. This story is really interesting. The writing style of this isn't bad. Can't wait for more.
