Wow, this story is good. I wanted to review once I finished reading it, good job! ^^ I'll make sure to read the sequels sometime in the future.

Wow. Very well done. I've only watched the //SIGN series myself and know the basic premise of the games, but I quite enjoyed this. Some "real-life" parts seemed a little hectic, but I suppose that's in the nature of the story. Great job, and I'm looking forward to reading Relapse and then Penance.

Simply Execcelent and intersting, not the best in visuals, (or am I just still drunk, jk) but interestying/exciting in concept. Wonder what the rest will be like!

Finally finished reading this! I loved every moment of it! I'm sorry there's nothing I can say to help you improve it, but there's really nothing *to* say. Thanks for a great read, and keep it up.

Uhg...forgive me as I catch my breath. I hope your happy Renfro, I blame it all on your wonderful writing style that I had no choice but to read the entire story...again, in one sitting. My eyes are about bleed right out of my sockets. Don't get me wrong, I so totally loved this story. Much like my review for .Hack//Relapse, I'm totally envious of both your writing style and the very original idea you've developed. I love how devoted Kite and BlackRose are to each other, and I totally loved Kite's awkwardness in dealing with his feelings for BlackRose. It's so totally honest for both characters. It's obvious from the games they like each other and are destined to get together. Also, your story of the cyber theft, again, very original...and Dean is so incredibly cool, not because he doesn't worry about anything, but because he is worried. And that makes him an even stronger protagonist. Yeah, as Goldberry wrote in her review for Hack//Relapse, she's "wrangled" another fan for you. I had to laugh at that as her review for my story referred to jumping out of the way of the stampede of angst. *ponders Goldberry's amusing cowboy references* Oh well...again, such a wonderful story. Goldberry is right though, for what it's worth you've gotten yourself another fan Renfro. I can't wait to read what you have planned next. Thanks for the great story.

I stayed up till' midnight last night reading the first half of your .hack//HEIST story, and just finished the second half this morning. I've got several comments for ya. One: You obviously don't give yourself half enough credit as a writer; the story was truly awesome and your writing style is very strong. Two: your careful melding of real and game events came across very very well, and if I ever manage to write a .hack fic of my own I hope you wouldn't mind if I eluded to the story in yours (for backstory purposes).
You're a superb fanfiction author, and I would be honored if ever I could tag-team with you on a writing project. Expect an e-mail from me eventually, and best of luck beating the rest of the .hack games!

Well, well, well. An author of quality and modesty who writes accurately and realistically. Very impressive. I sense the 'bar' raising again.
The Good: I notice very often that fics often lack description; this is not something I notice here. I like Stolls' character as well, the un-stereotypical detective who happens to be a gamer on the side. Very interesting; it's not something we in the reading world get to see very often.
The Bad: Oddly enough, I can't really find anything that stands out as detrimental to the fic's quality. This, of course, doesn't help you at all, and I'm truly apologetic in regards to that.
The Ugly: Delphi (I kept asking, rhetorically, "Why won't you DIE?!")
The Finale: Definitely up there in the ranks of .hack//FANFICTION. Now, all I gots to do is beat Mutation and go to work on Outbreak so I can read your sequel with some qualification.

This story is very good, with a suspenseful storyline and death involved. I like how you changed the perspective to Kite after Pro Bono. And nice action.

There's only one mechanical flaw: indenting the paragraphs. But aside from that little techinality, I love this story!
