In my opinion, there should be a mixture of the IC and OOC Sesshoumaru. Maybe, after the hug, have him turn kind of cold again, and eventually warm up to Kagome. ^^ Either that, or have something totally unexpected happen to endanger Kagome, and after that Sesshoumaru has a completely different attitude toward her. ^^ :D
