It wasn't too sappy, it was well written, and it was aware of each character's...er...characteristics.(whoo, that was lame.) Plus, the idea was incredibly original... I'll feel incredibly stupid if I don't say something constructive, so here it is. The description was a bit awkward at times. For instance, you added emotions in places where they didn't belong, such as making Holly sit in a chair 'shyly', and adding the word 'and' where it wasn't needed.(same paragraph). Also, you had a few areas where you added commas where thy weren't needed. Of course, I only notice these things if I'm being incredibly anal-retentive while I read. Thankfully, that doesn't happen often. Other than those description hiccups, this was a great fic. Um. I've run out of things to say, so I'll just have to give you the island native salute. *thousands of loinclothed island native march in, hooting wildly, then fall to their knees and bow down in awe.
